Please contact the Mammoet Store (store@mammoet.com) if you want to return or exchange an item.
Items van only be returned in the original packaging, if they are not damaged in any way, if they are in the original condition, and have not been used or worn. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items.
If the Mammoet Store has been delivered the wrong item then we will deliver the correct item as soon as possible. The Mammoet Store will try to exchange the items at the same time as they are returned.
Items may not be returned or exchanged if:
* they have been used or worn;
* they have been damaged
* alternations or repairs have been made by others than the Mammoet Store.
